Resort Policy
- Check-out time 12:00 noon.
- For those who want to pay with a credit card, please settle your account two hours before your check-out. We accept Master Card, American Express, Visa, JBC and Ammex.
- Island hopping is not included of one day staying and on day of check-in/check-out. Airport transfer is included.
- Electricity provided between the hours of 18:00H – 23:00H daily.
- Breakfast is served from 07:00H – 10:00H
- Dinner is serve at around 19:00H – 20:00H
- We can keep your valuables in our safety box.
- Ask for a boat after dinner if you have an activity for the next day that requires one.
- For those who want to go to Mantiloc and Tapuitan there is a surcharge for gasoline.
- The kitchen is closed 15:00H -17:00H daily, during night time from 20:00H -23:00H we serve drinks only until closing time at 23:00H.
- All rates are inclusive of Government tax and Service Charge.
- Discount 50% for child between 5 to 12 years sharing the room whit the parents.
- Reservation and payment by Internet take priority over occasional guest that arrive to El Nido without booking.
- Electrical power for air-con available up to midnight, during hot season will be available from 6pm to 6am.
- The swimming pool contains seawater, and may not be clear all the time due to fluctuating levels of residue in the sea. Please note that the water is replaced every 24 hours.
- The US$ equivalent will be charged at the prevailing exchange rate.
- The resort reserves the right to revise the rates should the need arise.
Terms and condition
- Upon initial booking request, Dolarog will send a summary of all charges.
Total advanced payment is required to finalize the booking.
Payment will be made by the following methods:
1. Bank transfer.
- Upon confirmation of receipt of payment, Dolarog will send guest a confirmation voucher.
Cancellation policy
- Any cancellations must be received in writing (by e-mail).
- Cancelled bookings will be subject to penalties as shown below:
- Any reduction in the length of stay will be considered a cancellation.
- 1) up to 21 days before arrival date (30 days in peak period), no penalty will be applied, fully refunded;
- 2) between 20 and 14 days before arrival date (29 and 20 days in peak period), you will be debited with a penalty equal to 20% of the entire stay booked;
- 3) between 13 and 6 days before arrival date (19 and 9 days in peak period), you will be debited with a penalty equal to 50% of the entire stay booked;
- 4) from 5 days before arrival date (8 days in peak period), you will be debited with a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay booked;
